Job summary
IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, is hiring a Regional Category Manager for Asturias, Spain (hybrid). You will develop sourcing strategies for a diverse raw materials portfolio across the EMEA region and drive value creation through supplier collaboration and risk management.
The role requires 5+ years in procurement or category management, with experience in flavors or related industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Chemistry, or related field.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Experience with procurement methods, strategic sourcing, and category management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional category strategies for raw materials portfolios.
- Lead strategic sourcing projects and regional/global RFQs.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor market trends and risks.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supply agreements.
