Avnet EMEA Engineering Graduate Program offers a broad insight into the World of Avnet. The 15-month framework includes onboarding, mentorship, and projects with opportunities to work abroad across EMEA locations, alongside a permanent contract and competitive engineering salary.

We seek graduates with an electronic engineering degree (or comparable), fluent English and Spanish, and a willingness to travel.

Framework:

The program is scheduled for 15 months. The next start date is October 01st, 2026.
