Grifols is seeking a Trainee to join the EMEA Customer Marketing team in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain. The role supports localization of promotional materials, translation coordination, and content management for regional activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with event coordination, and help streamline processes in the system. A Master’s or Bachelor’s in pharmaceutical marketing or related field, plus strong English and Excel/PowerPoint skills, are required.

Formación

• Master’s Degree of Science in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Market Access, Pharma Marketing Research or related field, preferably.
• Professional/advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region.
• Request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications.
• Check needs and inform about new materials available.
• Create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date.
• Update with available approved localized materials. Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates.
• Control of expiry dates and preparation of new Sharefolder.
• Participate in coordinating the event with the country
• Help in Logisitic details and definition of the process in the system.
• Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions.
• Support in Compliance requests.
