Utopia Living is seeking an exceptional Private Butler for a prestigious private residence in Pedralbes, Barcelona. The role is freelance/on-call, with engagements aligned to the principals' stays and potential evolution to permanent placement.

The successful candidate will bring 4+ years in high-end private service, flawless discretion, and expertise in fine dining, wine, and event coordination. International travel may be required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in private service for high-net-worth principals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Expertise in fine dining, wine, table setting, and hospitality protocol.
• Absolute discretion and professional boundaries at all times.
• Experience coordinating household staff and external contractors.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day running of the household to the highest standard — schedules, staff coordination, and attention to detail.
• Deliver discreet, anticipatory, and personalised service to the principal and guests.
• Coordinate private events with external vendors and culinary team for flawless execution.
• Manage household inventory and luxury assets; maintain presentation to the highest standard.
• Travel with the principal across locations, adapting to new environments.
• Identify and resolve service issues proactively to protect the guest experience.
