Soho House Barcelona is seeking a Personal Trainer to design and deliver personalized training programs for a diverse client base. You will lead group classes, assess progress, and maintain a clean, safe gym environment at our upscale facility in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a busy high-profile venue, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the Soho House wellness program.

Formación

• Certified Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clients.
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish.
• Ability to work with clients of different ages and fitness levels.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic nutrition.
• This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Responsabilidades

• Assess members' fitness levels and goals through consultations and physical evaluations.
• Design safe and personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and objectives.
• Follow class schedules and provide members with information about the different classes available.
• Deliver group fitness classes offered to members (HIIT, boxing, mobility/stretching, etc.).
• Monitor and correct exercise techniques during sessions to prevent injuries and optimize results.
• Motivate and support members to maintain their training programs.
• Provide basic guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment.
• Stay up to date with fitness trends and new training methodologies.
• Keep detailed records of each client's progress and results.
• Welcome members to the designated areas, communicate information about available services, and respond to their various requests.
• Guide members within the wellness area and provide information about the sauna and hammam facilities.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness in handling all situations.
• Ensure the gym floor remains clean and that equipment is properly stored after use.
• Immediately report any issues, malfunctions, or defective equipment.
• Ensure members comply with the club's internal rules and regulations.
