Smartliving Services is seeking an experienced Electrician & Smart Home Installer to work on a contract and project-by-project basis across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. You will handle electrical wiring, cable runs, and installation of smart home devices, ensuring high-quality, safe work in residential settings.

The role involves collaborating with our team on-site, reading drawings, and integrating KNX-based home automation systems where applicable.

Formación

• Proven experience as an electrician or electrical installer on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, wiring, fault finding and safety standards.
• Experience or interest in smart home and building automation; KNX is a plus.
• Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Role Description

Smartliving Services is looking for an experienced Electrician & Smart Home Installer to collaborate with our team on a contract and project-by-project basis.

The role involves carrying out electrical and smart home installations in primarily residential projects across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Responsibilities include electrical wiring, running cables and conduits, installing lighting and electrical components, mounting smart home devices and panels, and assisting with the installation and integration of KNX-based home automation systems.

You will work closely with our technical team and other professionals on-site to ensure installations are completed to a high standard, safely, and according to project specifications. As our project pipeline grows, there may be the opportunity for a long-term ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• * Proven experience as an electrician, electrical installer, or similar hands-on installation role
• * Strong knowledge of electrical installations, wiring, fault finding, and electrical safety standards
• * Experience or interest in smart home and building automation systems; KNX experience is a strong advantage but not essential
• * Ability to read and work from electrical drawings, plans, and wiring diagrams
• * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team on active construction and renovation projects
• * Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a professional approach on-site
• * Valid driver's license and ability to work on projects across Marbella and the Costa del Sol
