Kinsley Power Systems in Spain, Castellón (Almazora), is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will develop electrical specifications and calculations, design schematics and 3D cabinet layouts for industrial projects, and collaborate across functions to meet project goals.

The role requires a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 3–4 years' experience, and English proficiency. Familiarity with UL508A and NFPA79 is a strong plus; EPLAN and SolidWorks Electrical are valued

Formación

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3–4 years' professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Proficient in English (intermediate level or above).
• Hands-on experience with electrical design software: EPLAN; SolidWorks Electrical is valued.
• Proven experience designing and developing electrical panels and boards for industrial applications.
• Understanding international electrical standards; UL508A/NFPA79 is a strong plus.
• Experience handling electrical schematics, BOMs, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and define electrical specifications and calculations for new and existing projects.
• Select electrical components considering cost, quality, sustainability, and performance.
• Design and review electrical schematics and 3D cabinet layouts for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to evaluate suppliers and procurement workflows.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to prototype, validate, and improve production processes.
• Contribute to R&D and design reviews of new technologies or concepts.
• Standardize and document best practices and electrical design guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose improvements.
• Support Service Engineering during installation and commissioning in the field.
