Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting an Electrical Engineer to be based in Madrid or Seville to join our growing Water team and support Anglian Water projects.

You will provide electrical engineering input on projects in the Anglian Water region, designing LV installations, MCCs, switchboards and control panels, and reviewing contractor designs. A degree in Electrical Engineering and English fluency are required.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering discipline.
• Electrical engineering background, preferably in water sector.
• Member of a professional body.
• Advanced level of English; ability to work in English.

Responsabilidades

What will you be doing as our new Electrical Engineer?

As a talented and driven Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you'll provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in Anglian Water region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems
• Design and specify LV assemblies (MCC, LV Switchboards and Control Panels)
• Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors (i.e. electrical schematics, cable calculations and termination diagrams)
• Specify and select required instrumentation based on the process design

A Little Bit About Your Skills, Experience And Behaviours...

• You'll have extensive experience in a project engineering environment and will hold a degree (or similar qualification) in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• With a strong Electrical Engineering background ideally in the Water sector and a keenness to work in a multi disciplined engineering team to work together to solve complex problems.
• There will also be a requirement to be able to attend client and site meetings in Peterborough, UK.
• Educated to degree level in a Electrical Engineering related subject.
• Experience of electrical engineering, ideally in the Water or Wastewater sector
• Member of a professional body
• Advanced Level of English / ability to work in English
• Willing to travel to UK on regular basis
