Recurrent Energy is seeking an HSE Specialist to strengthen health, safety, and environmental performance across its solar and storage projects. The role focuses on implementing the HSE management system, promoting a proactive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with European regulations and client requirements.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years of HSE experience in O&M or PV/BESS projects.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery safety and high voltage electrical equipment.
• Experience with risk assessments, JHA/JSA, and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with local, national, and European HSE requirements and standards.
• Ability to work with contractors and cross-functional teams to improve safety performance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor the HSE management system across projects.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach project teams and contractors on HSE objectives and actions.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions until closure.
• Prepare and maintain HSE records, reports, and ESG-related data.
