Brighton English School in Asturias seeks qualified teachers to join our academies in Cangas de Ons and Infiesto. Teachers must have the right to work in Spain and hold a CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent. Classes run from beginners to adults with small groups up to eight students.

The position is part-time at 25 hours per week (25 lessons of 50 minutes plus admin time). The start date is 1 October 2026 and ends 31 May 2027, with a net pay of €1,350 per month and holidays according to the

Job Summary

Were looking for qualified teachers to work with us at our academies in Cangas de Ons and/or Infiesto.

Teachers must have the right to work in Spain, and a CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent.

Ages range from VYLs to adults, levels from beginner to C2, max 8 students per class.

We expect teachers to work as a team, share ideas, ask for and lend support when needed, report on any issues in a timely manner, and teachers can expect the same from us.

25 hours / week (25 lessons of 50 mins + 10 mins admin time between classes = c. 21 contact hours + 4 admin hours per week), starting 1 October 2026 and ending 31 May 2027. Net pay 1350/ month (after tax & NI deductions), holidays and no-school days as per the Asturias school calendar published on the educastur website.
