Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a SAP Logistics Solutions Expert to join our Global CoE. The role leads end-to-end SAP Agri-Food logistics initiatives, driving standardization and scalable solutions across regions, in a high-impact environment.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of SAP experience, strong FICO integration knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. Travel about 25% is expected, with a focus on delivering robust, compliant solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Logistics processes at senior levels.
• Strong integration knowledge across FICO with exposure to SAP PS, PP, and QM.
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and provide off-hours support.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SAP Logistics solution lifecycle, including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and run.
• Partner with key users and stakeholders to align requirements and drive adoption.
• Serve as reference/subject-matter-expert for SAP Agri-Food Trading & Execution domains.
• Provide functional oversight of SAP Agri-Food application support, ensuring SLA adherence and high service quality.
• Lead regression testing, impact analysis, and ensure full solution documentation.
• Manage medium-sized SAP projects and enhancements with minimal oversight.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices within the CoE.
