Kids&Us Language School Belux is seeking an Academic Coordinator in Alcoy to lead and support teachers, monitor student progress, and engage families within a 32-hour-per-week, permanent role. Start date is immediate.

Key duties include guiding lesson planning, evaluations, enrolment assistance, and helping recruit pupils while coordinating events and campaigns. A strong English level (C1) and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in English with at least C1 level.
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Customer focus with ability to build trusting relationships with families.
• Experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record (or ability to obtain one before starting).

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow‑ups with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story ensuring adherence to the Kids&Us methodology.
• Assist families, present the educational programme and advise during enrolment.
• Play an active role in recruiting new pupils and help organise marketing campaigns and open days.
