Job summary

Daily tasks include building and reviewing financial models in Excel, analyzing financial and accounting data, researching companies and markets, and preparing supporting materials for litigation, valuation, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a full-time bachelor’s degree.
• Degree fields preferred: Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial models using Excel and financial databases.
• Analyze financial and accounting data to support damages quantification in disputes.
• Research companies, industries and markets relevant to the project.
• Conduct financial reviews of companies, including margins, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Prepare supporting materials for litigation, valuation and due diligence reports.
• Summarize work clearly in emails or memos for clients and teams.
• Work with senior team members to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
