Sika in Madrid-Alcobendas seeks a senior consultant SAP Authorization to join its global SAP rollout and digital journey. You will design, maintain and realize SAP Authorization, Access and Compliance concepts across on‑premise and cloud environments and lead parts of SAP user projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP user authorizations (S/4HANA, cloud), speaks English and Spanish, works well in international teams, and will collaborate with stakeholders.

Formación

• You have completed your study in computer science, information technology or business informatics.
• You are used to working in international teams in different time zones.
• Understanding of responsibility to follow guidelines and directives in a global environment.
• You have 5+ years of work experience in the area of users, authorizations (S4, SAP cloud solutions).
• Be proactive and show professional capabilities in communication with stakeholders.
• You are willing to learn about new SAP technologies, tools, topics and are motivated to acquire this knowledge together with your team.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish.
• We do offer two days of home office per week.
• Only applicants with a valid and transferable work permit for Spain or the EU can be considered

Responsabilidades

• Creation / Maintenance and realization of SAP Authorization-, Access- and Compliance Concepts
• Housekeeping tasks in various SAP systems (Adjusting roles, ensure compliance with Authorization concept)
• Optimizing operational processes and tools within SAP user life cycle (user-, role, object-, security management)
• Support of internal- and external audits
• Active leading of part projects in the area of SAP user and authorizations
• Consulting and training of local authorization coordinators and local process owners
• Guidance of external partners and SAP support
