Airbus Defence & Space SAU leads a cloud security and automation initiative within Digital, building and evolving DCS (Digital Container Services) across cloud-native and IaaS environments. The role focuses on IaaS design, virtualization, and container orchestration for mission-critical workloads.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in systems engineering or core IT infrastructure, with strong Linux, container, and GPU understanding.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in systems engineering, IaaS platforms, or core IT infrastructure with practical operations knowledge.
• Foundational understanding of enterprise server hardware, datacenter fundamentals, and virtualization/IaaS concepts.
• Familiarity with GPU server architectures (e.g., NVIDIA) and their physical/compute requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Linux administration, virtualization technologies, and container orchestrators (Kubernetes or OpenShift).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and container networking (CNI); exposure to SAN/NAS/ storage or S3 object stores.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, Change and Problem Management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in architecting physical server topologies, bare-metal deployments, and IaaS layers.
• Design scalable IaaS architectures and integrate virtualized, bare-metal, and container platforms.
• Build high-throughput storage and robust networking for on-premise and hybrid cloud.
• Participate in Change Advisory Boards and Problem Management for ITIL governance.
• Size and specify enterprise servers, virtualization environments, GPU clusters, and networking hardware.
