HCLTech is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist in Madrid to support and implement Saviynt IGA for large-scale enterprise clients. You will apply IAM concepts such as JML and RBAC, troubleshoot complex issues, and work with global teams to design workflows and integrations, ensuring compliant access governance across applications.

The role demands strong communication and customer-facing skills, with hands-on Saviynt and LDAP expertise, plus experience with Java-based components and application

Formación

• 8+ years in Saviynt IGA development/implementation.
• Experience in Level 3 support for Saviynt IGA.
• Strong knowledge of access reviews and governance within Saviynt.
• Java debugging and IAM performance optimization expertise.
• Hands-on with LDAP directories.

Responsabilidades

• Support, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Saviynt IGA environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance Saviynt workflows, forms, and components.
• Ensure compliance with access review policies, certifications, and authorization standards.
• Work with Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere to support deployment and integrations.
• Engage with customers directly, delivering technical support and IAM best-practice consulting.
