Platform Engineering Masters in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Senior Video Producer to own end-to-end video production for our growing developer audience from concept through publish. You will define remote production standards, coach on-camera talent, edit weekly outputs across formats, and own YouTube channel including SEO and cadence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in video production, mastery of Premiere Pro/DaVinci/Final Cut, YouTube expertise, and freelance experience; travel readiness

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video production experience with hands-on post-production.
• Ownership of end-to-end video production from concept to publish.
• Strong command of editing and color/audio finishing.
• Experience directing talent, including founders or senior staff.
• Native-level English proficiency and ability to work with remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end video production: concept, shoot setup, edit, post, publish, and review performance.
• Define and maintain remote production standards for gear and setup.
• Coach on-camera talent and ensure consistent quality.
• Edit weekly output across long-form, interview, explainer, event, and short-form content.
• Own YouTube channel packaging, SEO, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, and cadence.
• Build and run Shorts strategy as a primary format.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide content decisions.
• Plan quarterly production sprints at offsites with local crew.
• Capture and repurpose content from events and conferences.
• Build systems for intake, briefs, templates, and brand kit.
• Manage a bench of external animators, editors, and specialists.
