Amaris Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a senior Data Migration professional to lead end-to-end migration initiatives across global programs and complex ERP environments.

You will design architectures, map data, validate migrations, and collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Governance teams, and external partners while mentoring project teams. Fluency in English is required and the role offers remote-friendly policies.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Architecture, or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide data migration initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
• Experience working with ERP platforms, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Fusion.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, and migration validation activities.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international environments.
• Define and lead end-to-end data migration strategies across global transformation programs.
• Design migration architectures, frameworks, governance models, and technical standards.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, assessment, cleansing, and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.
• Review and approve migration designs, transformation logic, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
• Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Data Governance teams, and external partners.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, scalability, and maintainability across solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in Data Management and Data Migration.
