MediaMarktSaturn Plattform Services GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise/ Solution Architect to define target architecture for customer retention and marketing platforms across web, app, store, and contact center. You will design end-to-end data flows, drive unified customer identity, and architect multi-system integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns.

The role requires 5–7 years in solution/enterprise architecture and hands-on software development in Java or .NET, plus strong

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve target architecture for retention, marketing, loyalty and care across web, app, store, and contact center.
• Design end-to-end customer data flows and canonical models for a unified customer 360 and identity across systems.
• Architect integrations between CRM, CDP, marketing automation, loyalty, POS, e-commerce, and analytics via APIs and events.
• Establish and govern API, event, data standards and drive adoption across product teams.
• Shape non-functional architecture for peak retail volumes: scalability, availability, resilience, observability, security-by-design.
• Partner with CRM, Marketing and Loyalty stakeholders to translate strategies into roadmaps and designs.
• Provide architectural guidance through delivery lifecycles and review designs and code for customer-domain components.
• Implement data governance for consent, privacy, data quality, deduplication and anti-fraud.
