We are looking for a E2E Supply Planning Manager to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life.

Purpose:

The E2E Supply Planning Manager orchestrates the short-term (3–18 months) supply-demand balance across multiple production sites and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs). This role supports the Supply Review element of the monthly cycle, ensuring that production capacities match market commercial expectations while managing any constraints in-between. This role is fully responsible for the assigned portfolio of internal sites and CMOs. This responsibility includes but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end external and internal manufacturing sites and collaborating closely with internal and CMOs to ensure reliable supply at competitive cost.
  • Responsible for planning and managing the supply requirements with the external and internal sites to fulfill the service needs based on the agreed choices/trade-offs from the S&OP
  • Developing and implementing the short-term capacity plan to meet all supply deliverables of the established portfolio
  • Responsible for the assigned external manufacturing CMOs performance and driving corrective and sustainable measures to ensure agile and reliable deliverables.
  • Main point of contact from/to the assigned external and internal sites.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master’s or APICS/CSCP certification preferred); 4–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, with demonstrated success managing matrixed stakeholders. E2E Supply Planning
Management:

Ability to coordinate a cross functional team to deliver reliable supply from our external and internal sites.

  • Cross-functional influence; able to bridge the gap between commercial demand teams, site manufacturing heads, and regulatory affairs.
  • Solid understanding of E2E financial flows, including cost of goods sold (COGS) impacts and variances.
  • Supply Planning and Management: Good knowledge of supply chain planning processes, with a focus on optimizing the balance between inventory, customer service, and supply chain costs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
  • Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Ability to assess and implement risk management and contingency plans (materials and finish good) to safeguard against operational vulnerabilities with internal and external sites.
  • Analytics: Good analytical capability to drive optimization of multiple connected outputs within a set of multiple constraints (optimization, scenario building etc.)
  • Good change management skills and willing as courageous change agent to experiment with new paths and ways of working.
