Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Spain, seeks a Junior Solution Architect to design low‑level compute, storage, and networking foundations for cloud-native and IaaS platforms. You will work across on‑premises and hybrid cloud environments, contributing to GPU-accelerated AI workloads and container orchestration infrastructures.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in systems engineering or IaaS, strong Linux knowledge, and English fluency with local language capability.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Early Career / Young Talent: 1–3 years hands-on experience in systems engineering, IaaS platforms, or core IT infrastructure with practical operations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in architecting physical server topologies, bare-metal deployments, and IaaS layers for cloud-native and container platforms.
• Help design scalable IaaS architectures integrating virtualized, bare-metal, and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Support networking & storage architecture including high-throughput storage and robust networking layers.
• Participate in ITIL processes like Change Advisory Boards and Problem Management; analyze incidents and root causes.
• Size and specify enterprise servers, virtualization environments, GPU clusters, and networking hardware.
