Job summary

Boolanga is a fast-growing, international e‑commerce services provider building scalable engines across Amazon, our e-shop, and partner platforms. This role focuses on taking our DTC and marketplace channels from early-stage setups to structured, high-performing operations.

You will own Amazon listings and ads, optimize our own e-shop, support partner environments, and drive cross-channel marketing with analytics-led decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience in international DTC or marketplace businesses.
• Experience with analytics platforms to pull data and build dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, campaigns, reporting) is a strong plus.
• Experience running paid campaigns on at least one platform (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads).
• Experience with email marketing/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Execution-focused, independent operator who thrives with minimal hand‑holding.
• Understanding of back-office e-commerce operations (supply chain, inventory, procurement).
• Data-oriented and AI-qualified.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve our Amazon presence (listings, A+ content, backend keywords, PPC).
• Drive conversion and performance on our own e-shop (UX audits, content updates, merchandising, A/B testing).
• Support day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments (Uber Eats, Bolt Food).
• Run day-to-day operations of our eshop.
• Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email.
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, finance, and leadership.
• Contribute to product launches, go-to-market campaigns and portfolio discussions.
• Ensure high-quality product presentation across all channels.
