A leading media service provider in Madrid is seeking a New Business Manager to drive business development and strengthen its presence in the advertising and content production market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the production and post-production sectors, along with strong commercial instincts. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. This is a freelance position with responsibilities including building relationships and representing the company at industry events.

Formación

• Extensive experience in film, television or advertising production and/or post-production.
• Demonstrated experience in business development or client management within the audiovisual industry.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the film, TV, advertising and streaming sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, agencies, studios and content owners.
• Represent the company at industry events, screenings, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, budgets and pitches for clients.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and global teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

We are looking for a

New Business Manager

with strong commercial instincts and a proven background in production and post-production. This role will lead business development and client engagement for our Barcelona Commercials team, acting as a key connector between creative, technical and commercial departments. It is a central position in driving growth and strengthening our presence in the advertising and content production market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the film, TV, advertising and streaming sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, agencies, studios and content owners.
• Represent Deluxe Spain at industry events, screenings, and networking opportunities to showcase our capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, budgets and pitches for clients.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Deluxe global teams to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.

Qualifications
