SGS is accelerating its digital transformation and seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to own technical delivery and solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE with emphasis on Customer Service, Field Service and Power Platform.

The role is hands-on, delivery-oriented and requires leadership for quality, scalability and production readiness in enterprise environments. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Power Platform and Dataverse in enterprise environments.
• C#/.NET experience.
• ALM / DevOps processes and release management.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and delivery.
• Professional level of English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Customer Service / Field Service).
• Act as technical authority during delivery, owning architecture decisions and best practices.
• Design and govern Dataverse data models, security roles, integrations and performance considerations.
• Guide and review the work of developers and technical consultants (design/code/solution reviews).
• Define and enforce ALM and DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, release governance).
• Design and deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Support go-live readiness, hypercare and production stability including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on estimates, PoCs and solution assessments.
