The Whiteam Consulting is looking for a Dynamics 365 Sales Functional-Technical Lead who will own the design, configuration, governance, and continuous evolution of the LMS solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse. Acting as the primary functional and technical authority, this role is responsible for defining the Account and Client data model, lead and opportunity lifecycle management, pipeline governance, scoring and routing mechanisms, activity management, and customer interaction history. The role combines strong business process knowledge with technical expertise to deliver scalable, user-centric, and compliant CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Dynamics 365 Sales solution as the primary functional and technical lead.
• Define and maintain the Account, Client, Lead, Contact, Opportunity and Activity data model within Dataverse.
• Configure lead and pipeline management processes including qualification, scoring, routing and assignments.
• Design and maintain business rules, automations, workflows, dashboards, forms and security models.
• Define uniqueness, matching and deduplication rules to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Provide a complete 360° customer interaction history across activities and communications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM capabilities.
• Coordinate integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and troubleshooting support.
• Support testing, releases, deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, customization and administration.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling and security.
• Experience in lead, opportunity and account management processes.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality and deduplication strategies.
• Experience with Power Automate, business rules and business process flows.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales lifecycle management.
• Experience with global CRM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI and the broader Power Platform.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services and APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Platform.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate. (nice to have)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (nice to have)
• Experience leading enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• Salary: 39.000 - 41.000€ gross per year, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
