Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Barcelona is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and optimize the full range of activities in our Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families areas. You will frequently act as Duty Manager, ensuring the club runs smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Overall strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience of financial planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage efficient operation of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments, within the club.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operation of the entire club.
• Recruit, train and empower your team to deliver exceptional member experiences daily.

As Activities Manger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.
