Travel client in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. You will help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

You'll answer customer questions by phone, email and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalating more complex cases to the right team when needed. Training is provided and you will work in a multilingual environment with daily English usage.
