ADP is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel the sales pipeline in Dutch-speaking markets. You will identify, engage, and qualify leads, then hand off qualified opportunities to account executives to drive revenue growth.

Your mission includes multi-channel outreach, CRM management in Salesforce, and close collaboration with Sales Managers and Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch and business English required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–2 years of sales, lead generation, or target-driven experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and research target accounts and contacts.
• Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify leads and determine fit for next-stage sales engagement.
• Log interactions and keep Salesforce data up to date.
