Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads and onboarding Specialist to join a fast-growing international team in Barcelona, working with Benelux clients. You will build client relationships, design and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and drive growth in a dynamic market.

The role offers a full-time hybrid arrangement in Barcelona, relocation package, private health insurance, training opportunities, and clear career progression.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• C2 level Dutch and high level English (written and spoken) required.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows; insights to personalize outreach; CRM improvement.
• Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy for compliant outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; able to explain ROI clearly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient; able to work independently yet collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a portfolio of new business clients in the Dutch market.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals and recommending Google Ads solutions.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activities and identify opportunities to increase advertising investment.
• Develop high-performing PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage a high volume of accounts while keeping CRM records up to date.
• Identify customer needs and provide strategic digital marketing recommendations.
• Hit and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market trends while delivering outstanding service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience.
