Teleperformance is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist to onboard clients and design scalable PPC campaigns in Barcelona. You will drive growth, manage a large client portfolio, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital market.

The role requires 2+ years of sales/marketing experience, Dutch fluency at C2 level, and strong English. A hybrid work model and relocation support are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing experience.
• C2 level Dutch and high-level English; strong written and verbal communication.

In this role you will drive growth for Dutch clients by delivering Google Ads solutions and acting as a trusted advisor. You onboard new clients, minimize churn, and identify growth opportunities while managing a high-volume portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor PPC campaigns, achieve targets, and support clients in a fast-paced digital market.
