Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Onboard newly acquired clients effectively by uncovering core business targets and translating them into targeted digital ad strategies.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain proactive touchpoints with decision-makers, showcasing positive campaign performance and identifying opportunities for ad spend expansion with a professional touch.
• Campaign Optimization: Build out, manage, and continuously upgrade Google Ads accounts by refining bid structures, updating copy, and micro-targeting specific demographics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate performance reporting metrics to provide actionable optimization advice aimed at maximizing client return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Pipeline Management: Keep accurate notes on client discussions, open support tasks, and deal stages logged inside enterprise CRM environments with absolute precision.
• Regional Feedback: Feed valuable observations regarding Dutch commercial trends and cultural nuances back to internal product and marketing units to refine strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) along with fluent professional English capability for internal and external collaboration.
