Ignite seeks a Barcelona-based Google Ads consultant to help Dutch businesses scale online. You will own client onboarding, platform adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities from a high-touch, international setting within a seaside facility.

You will collaborate with decision-makers, optimize campaigns, report ROAS, and manage CRM notes. Relocation covers flights and 30 days of private studio housing, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH).

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

In the position of a Barcelona-based Google Ads consultant, you will step into an influential role as a digital growth partner helping businesses across the Dutch market achieve their online scaling goals. You will hold complete responsibility for client portfolio management—executing high-touch onboarding, maximizing platform product adoption, maintaining high retention rates, and identifying fresh expansion avenues for long‑term client success. Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Onboard newly acquired clients effectively by uncovering core business targets and translating them into targeted digital ad strategies.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain proactive touchpoints with decision‑makers, showcasing positive campaign performance and identifying opportunities for ad spend expansion with a professional touch.
• Campaign Optimization: Build out, manage, and continuously upgrade Google Ads accounts by refining bid structures, updating copy, and micro‑targeting specific demographics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate performance reporting metrics to provide actionable optimization advice aimed at maximizing client return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Pipeline Management: Keep accurate notes on client discussions, open support tasks, and deal stages logged inside enterprise CRM environments with absolute precision.
• Regional Feedback: Feed valuable observations regarding Dutch commercial trends and cultural nuances back to internal product and marketing units to refine strategies.

Applicant Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent command of Dutch along with fluent professional English capability for internal and external collaboration.
• Background: Experience in client‑facing B2B account management, digital media consulting, or sales environments supported by CRM tools.
• Cultural Context: Deep familiarity with the Dutch business ecosystem, market trends, and GDPR regulatory guidelines.
