Ignite is seeking a Google Ads consultant based in Barcelona to drive digital growth for Dutch brands. You will lead onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and expansion across client portfolios at the World Trade Center.

You will optimize Google Ads campaigns, analyze performance, and report ROAS results while updating CRM records and sharing market insights. This role offers relocation support and a hybrid work setup in a coastal, modern workspace.

Qualificações

• Must have high-level Dutch skills (C1/C2) and fluent business English for collaboration.
• Experience with B2B relationships, sales funnels or online strategy operations using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of GDPR and European data privacy laws is expected.

• Salary: €23,876 base salary + €3,408 performance bonus

Position Summary

Based at our Barcelona World Trade Center facility as a Google Ads consultant, you will step in as a key digital growth partner for expanding brands in the Dutch market. You will lead comprehensive portfolio management—delivering smooth client onboarding, encouraging feature adoption, sustaining account retention, and identifying ongoing expansion avenues to scale your clients' online presence. Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Welcome new accounts, collaborating directly with client teams to clarify business targets and formulate structured digital ad plans.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Keep up active communication with executive leaders via phone and digital channels to illustrate marketing results and introduce useful digital ad tools.
• Campaign Optimization: Build, supervise, and continuously adjust Google Ads setups, tweaking bidding tactics, written copy, and targeted demographics to maximize campaign performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Interpret performance analytics to supply clear, practical recommendations that raise client ROAS and commercial revenue.
• Pipeline Management: Ensure customer records, interaction notes, and pipeline milestones remain fully updated inside corporate CRM tools with absolute precision.
• Regional Feedback: Feed essential market observations regarding Dutch commercial developments and consumer expectations back to internal planning groups.

Applicant Profile

• Language Skills: High-level mastery of Dutch (C1/C2) along with fluent business English presentation skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Background: Proven professional experience overseeing B2B business relationships, sales funnels, or online strategy operations using CRM systems.
• Cultural Context: Solid grasp of Dutch business practices, commercial etiquette, market developments, and European data privacy laws (GDPR).
• Core Strengths: Highly clear written and verbal expression, analytical comfort with data, and familiarity with cloud platform applications.
