WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic assistance to customers across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality service while supporting multiple markets as needed.

The role requires Dutch fluency and English at C1 level, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. It includes a 24/7 rotational schedule and accommodation support for relocation to Portugal.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
