WW Talents is hiring for a multilingual customer support role based in Porto, Portugal (onsite). You will provide professional support across verbal and written channels, respond to inquiries, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Dutch and strong English are required. The role offers a 24/7 rotational schedule, accommodation support, a welcome bonus, and a daily food allowance, with compensation detailed in the package.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
