CloserHire in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to support and upsell for a global tech client. This on-site position includes relocation support, a 39-hour workweek, and a Monday–Friday schedule, with a local office in Barcelona.

You will handle inbound queries via calls, email, and chat; conduct outbound outreach for cross-sell, and manage orders, refunds, and escalations using CRM tools while delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with sales techniques (cross-selling, upselling).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound queries (calls, emails, chat) related to post-sales requests.
• Provide quick and accurate solutions and engage in outbound outreach when needed.
• Generate quotes and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
