Pearl Recruitment Group is recruiting a Dispatch / Warehouse All-Rounder for a Malaga-based packaging and printing business in Western Australia. This casual role offers hands-on training, a supportive team, and a clear pathway to permanent employment.

You'll operate forklifts, manage stock, prepare deliveries, and coordinate with 3PL warehouses, while maintaining inventory accuracy and handling paperwork.

Formación

• Current forklift licence with solid operating experience (Toyota 3T counterbalance).
• Ideally hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Warehousing/Logistics.
• Basic computer and admin skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screen.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading trucks and moving stock.
• Receive, label, wrap, and scan pallets into inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare deliveries.
• Coordinate with external warehouses (3PL) and internal teams to ensure smooth supply.
• Perform stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare paperwork including pick lists, load sheets, and driver dockets.

What You'll Need

• Current forklift licence with solid operating experience (Toyota 3T counterbalance)

Key Duties

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 6am-2pm | 10am-6pm
• $37.42 per hour + super, with penalty rates for overtime
