Mission
As a Director of UX/UI Design Analytics within the Global team, you will be accountable for the designs and experience shared by the whole group globally. You will drive delivery of mobile-first omnichannel accessible designs, mentor and guide multiple teams of UX and UI Designers located in different programs and brands, and assure consistency and quality on all their designs.
You will also lead a team of tag management experts and a team of analytics experts who are in charge of tagging, measuring, and analyzing customer experiences as well as improving conversion.
