The role involves hands-on leadership with accountability for major capex and transformation projects focusing on FDA readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma operations, change management, and be fluent in both Spanish and English. This position offers significant visibility within the organization and requires a proactive approach to scaling complex operations.

Operations Director – Pharma Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Production and Packaging at a fast‑growing pharmaceutical site in expansion mode. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real scale and complexity: new lines, automation, digitalisation, and preparation for increased FDA‑regulated business.
• Lead multi‑technology operations (sterile liquids, solids, high‑containment), run a sizeable budget, and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Projects to raise performance, modernise the site, and support long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and strong English
• Based in Spain or deeply embedded in the Spanish pharma landscape
