Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced senior project leader for real estate development in Spain’s Costa del Sol. The role requires overseeing development, planning, approvals, construction, and handover with tight budgets and schedules.

You will manage architects, consultants, contractors and cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, risk control, and regulatory compliance. Fluent Spanish is mandatory, and sponsorship is not required.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution.
• Experience in Costa del Sol / Spain.
• Strong background in both development and construction.
• Must have personally managed execution of at least one major project.
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
• GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates should not require work permit sponsorship.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
