Job summary

WhiteBIT Group is seeking a Head of Borrow and Credit Line Product to lead the lending product strategy in our Spain operations. You will own performance metrics, design credit policies, and coordinate with Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to hit revenue and profitability targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of cryptocurrency lending, collateral management, and capital efficiency. You will drive the product roadmap and launch new lending programs while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing financial, lending, or investment products, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of liquidity cost management and capital allocation.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency lending products and digital asset markets.
• Solid understanding of collateral management, liquidation mechanisms, and credit limit frameworks.
• Proven ability to make data-driven, financially sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of Borrow and Credit Line products, including revenue, profitability, and KPIs.
• Develop and execute the operational strategy for lending products.
• Design and adjust credit policies, including LTV, liquidation thresholds, borrowing limits, and collateral requirements.
• Monitor financial targets with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for lending.
• Launch new lending products, credit programs, and collateral models.
• Oversee loan issuance processes, collateral management, liquidations, and debt management.
• Ensure monitoring of key business, financial, and risk metrics across the lending portfolio.
• Represent the business at executive level and justify investments and growth initiatives.
• Develop budgets and resource plans for lending functions.
• Initiate initiatives to improve capital efficiency and liquidity utilization.
• Ensure readiness for market risk scenarios and crises.
