Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Biostatistics or related field with substantial experience (11+ years) including 4 years in staff management.
• Broad knowledge of statistical methods for Phase I–IV trials and regulatory expectations (GCP/ICH).
• Ability to lead teams, influence across functions, and contribute to strategy and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high-quality deliverables and ensure timeliness from the Biostatistics department.
• Lead staff development, performance appraisal, and compliance with SOPs and processes.
• Manage budgets, proposals, and client relationships; participate in sales discussions when needed.
• Provide statistical direction, advisory support on complex projects, and regulatory interactions.
