Job summary

People Group in Marbella, Costa del Sol, is seeking a Development Director to lead the planning, development and delivery of ultra-luxury residential projects in Spain.

The role requires steering large-scale developments from concept through construction, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, investors and local authorities, and delivering exceptional outcomes with strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading real estate development and construction projects in the Costa del Sol region.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential developments and master-planned communities.
• Minimum of 10 years in development planning, project execution and delivery.
• Evidence of delivering a major project from planning to completion.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of luxury residential projects in Costa del Sol.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, investors and local authorities.
• Provide strategic oversight and hands-on delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
