Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe in Spain seeks an experienced HR leader to act as a strategic partner across client groups and regions, shaping talent strategy and organizational capability. The role involves advising executives, aligning HR programs with business goals, and driving impactful change.

The position requires governance of HR programs with COEs, forecasting workforce needs, and delivering analytics-based insights to optimize talent and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive HR experience with leadership exposure.

Responsabilités
