Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director of Data Intelligence - Global Development to lead a new capability turning trusted data into reusable intelligence for decision-making. Madrid or Hyderabad locations available, reporting to Global Development leadership.

The role partners with Data Strategy, AI & Data Science, and Product Management to shape analytics strategy and deliver impact across studies, programs and operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in data science, statistics, operations research, biomedical informatics, computer science, life sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D, clinical development, data analytics, data products or decision science.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing across business, data science and technology.
• Track record translating complex business questions into reusable analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Global Development Data Intelligence strategy and capability roadmap.
• Lead a team of Decision Scientists across analytical enrichment, decision intelligence and agent enablement.
• Translate intelligence needs into reusable capabilities within data products.
• Partner with Data Strategy, AI & Data Science, and Program Management to deliver value.
