Sibelco is seeking a proactive D&A Project Planner in Bilbao to coordinate project planning, monitoring, and budgeting across engineering, IT, and operations. The role partners with project managers and the Director of Operational Excellence and D&A to keep initiatives on track and aligned with digitalisation goals.

You will develop schedules, track resources and spend, and produce dashboards in Power BI for management updates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years in digital/engineering/industrial projects with stakeholder coordination.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Interest in digitalization and automation for industrial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, site ops, suppliers, and PMs.
• Monitor budgets, POs, SAP activities, and provide progress visibility.
• Prepare dashboards and KPIs using Power BI to inform decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and governance.
