Job summary

Sika Spain is seeking an IT Manager based in Alcobendas to lead IT operations, ERP/SAP support, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on Power BI, AI, automation, and aligning IT with business goals across Spain with a hands-on yet strategic approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of IT management experience, leading teams in industrial environments.
Experience in digital transformation, Power BI, AI initiatives, and enterprise systems.
Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation initiatives across the business.
Lead Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data analytics projects.
Support AI and automation initiatives to improve business efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process optimization through technology solutions.
Manage ERP/SAP support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user coordination.
Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ERP processes.
Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure successful rollout of corporate and regional IT initiatives across Spain.
Manage day-to-day IT operations and user support activities.
Lead and develop the IT team while ensuring high service standards.
Handle major IT incidents, escalations, and problem resolution.
Partner with department heads to align IT with business needs.
Regularly report to Area IT Manager and GM on IT activities.
Oversee IT infrastructure with Regional Tech Team; ensure security and continuity.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and governance procedures.
