Job summary

Siegfried AG in El Masnou, near Barcelona, is seeking a Business Process Architect to join our digitalization team. You will design enterprise‑level process architectures, map and model processes, and ensure alignment with strategy, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

You will lead workshops, drive governance and adoption, translate business needs into executable processes, and partner with IT and operations to deliver quick wins as well as long‑term transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives by managing idea pipelines, governance frameworks, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the adoption of innovative business solutions.
• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture linking strategic objectives to operational execution.
• Lead process mapping and modelling for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D and other functions.
• Establish and maintain process governance frameworks to ensure consistent adoption and accountability.
• Act as a bridge between operational teams, IT and senior leadership to translate business needs into executable processes.
