ENGIE in Madrid is seeking a Business Processes & Digital Solutions Intern to join a cross-functional team that links business, operations, and technology to drive continuous improvement. Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finances, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency in EXCEL and PPT.
• Valuable knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and/or AI.

Responsabilidades

• Management of internal tickets and requests related to tools and processes
• User support for business systems and applications (CRM, ERP, ticketing platforms, etc.)
• Support in functional testing (QA/testing) of new features and system developments
• Data updates, basic configurations, and routine maintenance of business tools
• Preparation of operational reports and monitoring of KPIs
• Support in continuous improvement projects, including documentation, task tracking, and coordination activities
• Identification of recurring issues and assistance in root cause analysis and resolution efforts
