Job summary

Fever, based in Madrid, is seeking a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across digital channels.

You will optimize performance with data‑driven insights, manage a large marketing budget, and help Fever expand its reach with Fever Original events and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and paid social channels.
• Native level of Dutch and good level of English.
• Marketing background and understanding of campaign strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for experiences and campaigns.
• Build compelling marketing strategies for Fever Original events and partners.
• Create high-visibility performance campaigns on social platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
• Manage the P&L for your region and oversee a large marketing budget.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content to guide campaigns.

The Role:

We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance through data‑driven insights, and ensure effective promotion of products and experiences across digital channels.

What You´ll Do:

• Own the marketing strategy of your experiences
• Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for our partners and our own very unique Fever Original events
• Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities
• Manage the p&l of your region and manage a big marketing budget
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting...)
• Build your team and grow your experiences
• Role based in Madrid

Who You Are:

• You have 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.
• You have a Native level of Dutch and a good level of English.
• You have a marketing background.
• You look for an opportunity to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.
